We want you to love your LEGOLAND California resort wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn apparel with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain exclusive items and sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed, unworn fashion items with all original LEGO-themed packaging and tags into a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our brick-experts inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
